What is the Renters Workshop?
The Renters Workshop is a free, self-paced online course created for UCSC students seeking off-campus housing. The comprehensive workshop educates students about their legal rights and responsibilities and provides valuable tips for conducting an effective rental search. After finishing the workshop, you will receive a Certificate of Completion to show landlords you are a knowledgeable prospective tenant.
